We recently had the pleasure of working with Haldon Ltd for a complete redesign of our back garden. From start to finish, they impressed us with their exceptional work ethic and attention to detail. From the early days of planning the project where we were completely unrushed and Kris took the time to build up a relationship with us to really understand our end goals. The team arrived on time each day despite starting in snow and spending most of the project in rain, they worked tirelessly until the job was complete. I was particularly impressed with their tidy work habits, as they always cleaned up after themselves each day before leaving and the fact that they had the skills and experience to custom build our outdoor kitchen and Cabin from scratch so we could really have the spec we wanted.

Throughout the entire project, Haldon Ltd kept us informed and up-to-date with every step of the process. Kris was so easy to deal with, always available and made us feel like we was constantly in the loop. What's more, we found them to be trustworthy and honest, which was a real initial concern for us when finding a contractor for a large project. All of the team were friendly and polite and enjoyable to have around, they really are a great bunch of guys.

Haldon Ltd went above and beyond our expectations by sourcing alternative products that fitted our budget without sacrificing quality. They truly care about their clients and are committed to providing exceptional service and outcomes, even after the project is complete. They even made time to come back and complete a smaller unplanned job to our drive, where George and Ryan's hard work has totally transformed its appearance and it now fits perfectly with our back garden masterpiece. We have been so impressed with their after-sale care and attention, which gave us peace of mind that our investment will last for years to come. Their creativity, inspiration, and suggestions for utilising the space were also incredibly valuable, and we are so grateful we picked the right team to complete our project as the results are outstanding.

We have had our garden completely transformed from a new build blank canvas (only fence, grass and a tiny patio) to the most amazing garden you could wish for, thanks to the Haldon Team!

From our initial engagement, we knew straight away that this was the company we wanted to landscape our garden, full of ideas on what we could do, how it could look, listened to our requirements and wishes; we felt confident they would do a great job, and they have! They recommended we should have a formal design done, which we agreed to.

Throughout the work, the team were always conscious of us and our surrounding neighbours. We had 11 grabber lorries remove earth from our garden, so you can imagine how messy it could have been but they ensured our driveway was tided every evening.

We tweaked a few aspects of the design as the build progressed, often improvements suggested by Kris. If we had any questions or concerns, Kris always dealt with or resolved them promptly, we felt reassured with his knowledge and expertise.

We are so pleased with our new transformed garden, words can’t describe it. We often look out and can’t believe the change, almost doesn’t feel like our garden! We genuinely enjoyed having the Haldon Team at our house through torrential rain to burning hot sunshine, they were always so committed and worked so hard; we can’t thank them enough! Everyone’s first impression when they see our garden is “wow, it’s stunning”!!

Haldon project manage the whole thing from start to finish so you don’t need to sort separate electricians or tree surgeons etc. You can just relax and let Haldon take care of it all.
